This New Zealand Institute of Architects award-winning design forms the heart of the new Lauriston Park Retirement Village. The client’s vision called for the development of resort style retirement village centre. By taking this vision and engaging in ongoing collaboration with the client we were able to create a high quality environment that generates a sense of belonging for the residents and creates a desirable place to live, now and well into the future. Our visualisation of this healthcare environment right from inception paved the way for the achievement of a Best Award from the Designers Institute of New Zealand.
