Situated in Kaiteriteri, near Nelson and Abel Tasman National Park, Lee House merges eastern and western designs. Overlooking the Tasman Sea, it's now the famed Split Apple Retreat, a globally recognized sanctuary. It earned the 2010 NZIA Nelson Marlborough Architecture Award.
