In collaboration with Ian Kohler Architects, BSW led the transformation of a dynamic mixed-use development in Auckland’s Howick city center. Seamlessly integrating residential, retail, and cinema spaces, this project served to re-energise the surrounding local residential, retail, and hospitality scene.
